Hi Rabus,

itīs not the first time that we hear of this "phenomenon". You sent also a support email on this one, so i will not reply to that, since i do it here in the forum.

Well, Rabus - it seems that your phone has not enough memory space left to store the savegame file-information. The only thing that could help:

- Try to save in the town. Does it work?
- Use only 1 Savegame slot throughout the game
- Get some additional room on your phone by removing some other software/picture/ringtone. It might help. If the deletion of 1 object doesnt help, itīs of no use to delete more. A BQ savegame is big, but not THAT big.
- Try to understand the savegame feature: It saves ALL status informations. It saves also how many monsters have been killed, where you dropped items, etc. to restore the correct gameworld - where you stopped playing. If you have lots of items stored on the floor, try to pick them up, sell them and save again.
- Try to use less item slots in the storage chest.
- Save only in dungeon levels 1,4,7,10 - does it work?

Hope something helps...

cheers

I just found out that Battle Quest is actually not released for 3220. Where did you purchase it? Obviously someone sells the game for a non-supported device. You can get your money back there in any case.

all the best

Hi Rabus,

you will get your money back, just tell jamba it doesnt work on your phone. We will inform Jamba about this issue. Itīs not the first time, Jamba offers our gamefiles for devices that are not officially supported.

best regards
